Zirp is sold through the App Store, so Apple handles payment, renewals, and cancellations. We can't see your payment details or issue refunds ourselves.

• Cancel a subscription from Apple: the subscription renews automatically until you cancel it.
• Request a refund from Apple for a purchase that didn't work out.
